A Potentially Final Note

If you are reading this note, chances are that I didn't come back alive from my expedition. A lich lives a few levels down the crypts. I suspect it is the source of the recent undead attacks in town. I have decided to deal with this situation by myself, to prove the village that I'm the most valiant guard of them all! Hopefully, the Earl will erect a statue in my honor, well in view at the center of the village! Know that if you have you deal with a lich, you'll need antidote potions or be able to cast a spell to cure poison. Liches are very dangerous! They are always accompanied by several skeleton knights and mages. Be ready, or you might die... which is probably what happened to me if this note still lays on this pedestral.
